Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and ATL Studio, operated by Alexey Alexeyenko ("ATL Studio", "we", "us").

By downloading, installing, or using any game or application published by ATL Studio — including Burger Street – Cooking Game, Traffic Rider: Highway Race, Freedom Defense – Zone of War, Basketball Frenzy 3D, and all other titles — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Who Can Use Our Apps

Our games are free to download and designed for a general audience, including families and children. However:

• Users under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) must have parental or guardian consent before using our apps.
• By using our apps, you confirm you are at least 13 years old, or that your parent or guardian has consented on your behalf.
• If you are a parent or guardian permitting a minor to use our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf.

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ATL Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any app or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any app
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or distribute any app or its content to third parties
• Use any app for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ATL Studio

ATL Studio reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

What You May and May Not Do

Ownership of Content

All content within ATL Studio apps — including but not limited to game code, graphics, animations, audio, music, characters, game design, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of ATL Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You do not acquire any ownership rights by using our apps. The ATL Studio name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of ATL Studio and may not be used without prior written permission.

User-generated content (such as gameplay videos or screenshots you create and share) remains your property. By sharing such content publicly, you grant ATL Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display it for promotional purposes.

Purchases & Virtual Items

Some of our games may offer optional in-app purchases such as virtual currency, power-ups, or cosmetic items. All such purchases:

• Are processed by the respective platform (Google Play or Apple App Store) under their payment terms
• Are generally non-refundable once consumed or used, unless required by applicable law
• Grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased virtual item within the app
• Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts

ATL Studio does not store your payment card information. All billing is handled exclusively by Google Play or Apple App Store.

In-App Advertisements

Our free-to-play games are supported by third-party advertising. By using our apps, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements may be displayed during gameplay, between levels, or at other natural break points
• Ad content is provided by third-party networks and is not controlled by ATL Studio
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers
• Clicking on ads may direct you to third-party websites or apps governed by their own terms

No Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ATL Studio does not warrant that:

• Our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Defects will be corrected, or that our apps or the servers that make them available are free of harmful components
• Results obtained from using our apps will be accurate or reliable

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Our Liability to You

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ATL Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our apps
• Any conduct or content of any third party within our apps
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in our apps

In no event shall ATL Studio's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to ATL Studio in the past twelve (12) months, or $10 USD if you have not made any purchases.

Suspension & Termination

ATL Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device. Uninstalling the app terminates the licence granted under these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall survive termination of these Terms.

Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Where local consumer protection laws grant you mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any dispute before pursuing formal legal action. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably by reaching out to us at atlstudiogames@gmail.com.

Updates to These Terms

ATL Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you via an in-app message.

Your continued use of our apps after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the updated Terms, please stop using our apps and uninstall them.
