Who We Are

ATL Studio ("we", "us", or "our") is an independent mobile game studio operated by Alexey Alexeyenko, based in Eastern Europe. We develop and publish casual mobile games for Android, iOS, and Amazon platforms.

This Privacy Policy applies to all games and applications published by ATL Studio, including but not limited to: Burger Street – Cooking Game, Traffic Rider: Highway Race, Freedom Defense – Zone of War, Basketball Frenzy 3D, and all other titles available under the ATL Studio developer account.

By installing or using any of our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use our apps.

Information Collected

We do not require account registration and do not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address. However, certain data is collected automatically to operate and improve our services:

• Device information — device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (advertising ID), screen resolution, language and region settings.
• Usage data — gameplay sessions, levels played, in-app events, session duration, crash reports and diagnostic data.
• Advertising data — ad impressions, clicks, and interaction data collected by third-party advertising partners to serve relevant ads.
• Analytics data — anonymised and aggregated statistics about how players interact with our games, used solely to improve gameplay and user experience.
• Platform services data — leaderboard scores and achievement data processed through Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center, subject to their respective privacy policies.

We do not collect: real name, email address, postal address, phone number, or payment card information.

Our apps integrate third-party SDKs for analytics and advertising. Each partner operates under its own privacy policy:

Purpose of Processing

• Operating and maintaining our games and services
• Diagnosing and fixing crashes and technical issues
• Analysing gameplay to improve game design and balance
• Serving relevant and non-intrusive advertisements
• Enabling leaderboards, achievements, and social features
• Complying with legal obligations
• Preventing fraud and abuse

We process data on the legal bases of legitimate interests (app operation and improvement), consent (personalised advertising, where required), and legal obligation.

Who We Share Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• Third-party SDKs — as listed in Section 03, solely for analytics and advertising purposes within our apps.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, users will be notified of any change in data ownership.

Aggregated, anonymised data that cannot identify any individual may be shared with partners for research and analytics purposes.

How Long We Keep Data

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:

• Analytics data — retained for up to 24 months, then aggregated or deleted.
• Crash reports — retained for up to 90 days.
• Advertising identifiers — reset or deleted upon opt-out or uninstall.

Players Under 13

Our games are designed to be family-friendly and suitable for all ages. However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions under GDPR).

Our apps do not include features that would require a child to submit personal information. Advertising networks integrated in our apps are configured to serve non-personalised ads where a younger audience is likely.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at atlstudiogames@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.

Managing Ad Preferences

Our games display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These may use your advertising ID to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (Android 12+) or Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".

Opting out does not remove ads from our games — it means ads may be less relevant to your interests.

How We Protect Data

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data collected through our apps against accidental loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. Data transmitted to third-party SDKs is handled under their respective security standards.

Please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also display an in-app notice.

Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
